Nowadays, Spanish is the 2nd language in the world taking into consideration the number of Native Speakers. Studies suggest that within the next 10 years, more people will speak Spanish in the US than in Spain.

It is estimated that more than 443 million people speak Spanish as a native language, which qualifies it as second on the lists of languages by number of native speakers, and 572 million Spanish speakers as a first or second language—including speakers with limited competence—and more than 21 million students of Spanish as a foreign language.

Spain boasts a rich, complex culture, with a far-reaching influence all across the globe. With Spanish food, architecture, history and language, it’s hard not to go wrong when visiting to Spain – but it doesn’t hurt to learn a bit about the culture you’re about to experience beforehand!

Would you love to hear more about the Spanish music and dancing, the Spanish festivals and cuisine, and many more exiting elements of the Spanish unique culture.

3. Improve your CV

Whether you are looking for a job or just considering a career move, then making your CV stand out among the crowd is a priority in this wildly competitive market. Whilst your work experience and your core skills are important, additional skills – such as speaking another language – can make the difference between you and other candidates, between securing that interview or being put on the reject pile.

50% of recruiters say speaking a second language gives a candidate the x-factor when applying for a job. So, what are you waiting for Studying Spanish in Australia?

So you’re going to a new country soon, and you don’t have the time or motivation to master the language before you travel. Fair enough – we can’t learn every language in the world after all. But in Spanish Blackboard Academy, we firmly believe that everyone should learn at least some of the local lingo before they go.

In our opinion, learning a language for travel should be a part of everyone’s essential travel preparation, as important as planning where to stay, how to get around or budgeting your trip. Learn Spanish Australia!

Joining a class or learning a new hobby also helps grow your social network. When you’re out of your comfort zone, you usually try a little harder to connect with people.

This works well if you’re looking for new friendships! A short 10 weeks of classes will be easy enough that you will be able to have fun, but long enough for you to get to know your fellow students. If you are relaxed yet challenged, you’ll give off just the right vibe to make new friends with common interests. Learn Spanish Australia!
